Operation Manual definition

Operation Manual means the most current manual issued or approved by Komatsu containing the operating instructions for the Equipment and includes all other manuals, the most current Manufacturer’s instructions or Komatsu requirements as to the Equipment issued to the Customer. Laws means any legislation including regulations, determination, by-laws, declarations, ministerial directions and other subordinate legislation, mandatory codes, standards and guidelines issued by any Authority including without limitation the Civil Aviation Act, regulations, orders and such directions, aeronautical information and notices as issued in CASA, the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Defence and Airservices Australia publications. Personal Information has the meaning as in the Privacy Xxx 0000 (Cth) as amended and the Privacy Xxx 0000 (NZ).

Operation Manual or “OM” means the manual, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, adopted by LACE and approved by the Association, on February 7, 2005, outlining the eligibility, appraisal and implementation modalities for Sub-projects, financial management, accounting and procurement arrangements for PMCs of CBOs, monitoring and evaluation, and other implementation arrangements, as the same may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any annexes to the Operation Manual.
