Operation Phase definition

Operation Phase means the period commencing on the Commercial Operation Date and ending upon the expiration of the Term or earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to its terms (regardless of whether or not any such day is a Business Day).
Operation Phase means the period of time between the commencement of Commercial Production and the termination of Commercial Production in relation to that Mine;
Operation Phase means that period of time that the Project is in Operations.

Operation Phase means the period of time elapsing from the Completion Date until the end of the Term of the contract.
Operation Phase means the of the Agreement performance from the Commissioning until the Agreement Termination Date, during which the Contractor shall carry out the Operation (that includes maintaining the proper Motorway transport-operational state to comply with the TOI and Accessibility for Users), Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, Operation and other types of works/services provided for by this Agreement.
