Operational Employees definition

Operational Employees means employees whose normal responsibilities include plant operations or functions.
Operational Employees means those Subject Employees set forth on Schedule 5.18(a) as “Operational Employees,” together with any persons who become employed by an employing Affiliate of ETP as a Subject Employee prior to the Closing in accordance with Section 5.2, in each case other than Executive/Sales Employees or Operational Support Employees, as reasonably determined by ETP in consultation with Acquiror.

Examples of Operational Employees in a sentence

  • Subject to the foregoing, no later than ten (10) days prior to the Closing, Acquiror shall, or shall cause Acquiror Management to, make written offers of employment on Acquiror’s (or Acquiror Management’s standard form of offer letter) to such Operational Employees as Acquiror or Acquiror Management deems necessary to continue to operate the Compression Business following the Closing, with such offers to be effective as of the Closing Date.

  • Upon the rescission becoming effective, the eligible Employee will be paid for work performed in accordance with the entitlements under the Core Terms and Conditions of Employment of this Agreement and the Supplementary Terms and Conditions of Employment for Operational Employees contained in Part 36 of this Appendix.

  • An eligible Employee who is paid the composite allowance will be paid for stand-by duty undertaken in excess of 26 weeks’ per calendar year in accordance with the Supplementary Terms and Conditions of Employment for Operational Employees contained in Part 36 of this Appendix.

  • Except as listed in Schedule 3.16(b), to the knowledge of Target, none of the customers or suppliers of Target have refused, or communicated that they will or may refuse, to purchase or supply goods or services, as the case may be, or have communicated that they will or may substantially reduce the amounts of goods or services that they are willing to purchase from, or sell to, Target.

  • An eligible Employee may elect to be paid for work performed during ordinary hours of work and related arrangements by: the composite allowance; or in accordance with the entitlements under the Agreement and the Supplementary Terms and Conditions of Employment for Operational Employees contained in Part 36 of this Appendix.

  • In the absence of delivery of notice satisfying those requirements, the Trustee may assume conclusively that there is no default or Event of Default, except as noted.

  • General Employees classified as General Operational Employees and placed in charge of other General Employees shall be paid an amount as set out in SCHEDULE 3 – General Employees Salary Scales and Allowances.

  • An Eligible Employee who is paid the Composite Allowance will be paid for stand-by duty undertaken in excess of: 26 weeks per calendar year with respect to Eligible Surveillance Officers; and 12 weeks per calendar year, with respect to Eligible Intelligence/Investigative Employees; in accordance with the Supplementary Terms and Conditions of Employment for Operational Employees contained in Part 2 of this Appendix.

  • If an eligible Employee is paid for work performed in accordance with the entitlements under the Core Terms and Conditions of Employment this Agreement, they may elect to take TOIL of payment for overtime hours (as defined in clause 36.8 of the Agreement) worked, in accordance with the Supplementary Terms and Conditions of Employment for Operational Employees contained in Part 36 of this Appendix.

  • If an eligible Employee does not elect to be paid the Composite Allowance in accordance with the provisions of Part 1 of this Appendix, the Eligible Employee will be paid for work performed in accordance with the entitlements under the Core Terms and Conditions of Employment of this Agreement and the Supplementary Terms and Conditions of Employment for Operational Employees contained in Part 2 of this Appendix.


More Definitions of Operational Employees

Operational Employees means those Subject Employees set forth on Schedule 5.18(a) as “Operational Employees,” together with any persons
Operational Employees means employees who undertake operational duties at ESTA Communications Centres, such as calltakers, dispatchers and team leaders.
Operational Employees are defined as persons who perform work as part of operations (e.g. drivers, operations managers, shift schedulers, etc.).
Operational Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a)(i).

Related to Operational Employees

  • Casual Employees are employed on an "on call" basis to cover absences due to sick leave, vacation, or other approved leaves, or to augment staff during peak periods or periods of staff shortage.

  • Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.

  • Professional employee means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • Seasonal employee means a state employee hired to work during a recurring, annual season with a duration of three months or more, and anticipated to return each season to perform similar work.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.
