2.13.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these electronic interfaces will incur an OSS electronic ordering charge as specified in the table below. An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON). LSRs submitted by means other than one of these interactive interfaces (mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual order charge as specified in the table below:

6.7.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these interactive interfaces will incur an OSS electronic ordering charge as specified in the table below. Operational Support Systems (OSS. 3.16.1 BellSouth has developed and made available the following mechanized systems by which Choice Telephone Company may submit LSRs electronically: Local Exchange Navigation System (LENS), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Telecommunications Access Gateway (TAG). All costs incurred by BellSouth to develop and implement operational interfaces shall be recovered from CLECs who utilize the interfaces.
3.16.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these interactive interfaces will incur an OSS electronic charge as set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement. An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON). LSRs submitted by means other than one of these interactive interfaces (Mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual order charge as set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement. Supplements or clarifications to a previously billed LSR will not incur another OSS charge.
Operational Support Systems (OSS. GTE shall provide OSS functions to NEN for ordering, provisioning and billing that are generally available as described in Article III, Section 9 attached to this Agreement.

11.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these electronic interfaces will incur an OSS electronic ordering charge. LSRs submitted by means other than one of these interactive interfaces (mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual order charge. All OSS charges are specified in the Parties’ Interconnection Agreement.
11.3 Denial/Restoral OSS Charge
11.3.1 In the event BLC Management provides a spreadsheet with a list of End Users to be denied and restored, rather than an LSR, each location on the list will require a separate PON and therefore will be billed as one LSR per location.

11.2 LSRs submitted by means of one of these electronic interfaces will incur an OSS electronic ordering charge. An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON). LSRs submitted by means other than one of these interactive interfaces (mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual order charge. All OSS charges are specified in the Parties’ Interconnection Agreement.
Operational Support Systems (OSS. GTE shall provide OSS functions to DSL for ordering, provisioning and billing that are generally available as described in Appendix F attached to this Agreement.
