Operations Account definition

Operations Account has the meaning given in clause 8.3;
Operations Account means the account maintained in accordance with this Agreement showing the charges and credits incurred or obtained by the Operator that are chargeable or credited to the Company.
Operations Account has the meaning given to that term in Clause 18.1(a)(ii) (The Accounts).

More Definitions of Operations Account

Operations Account means the escrow account established pursuant to clause 5.4(a) to which all Revenues and Advances shall be paid and where such Revenues, Advances and all expenditures and receipts in relation to Operations shall be recorded;
