Operative Baker definition

Operative Baker means an employee who is responsible for the formulating, preparing and evolving of doughmaking records and/or supervision of doughmaking processes and/or setting and regulating the speed and temperature of mechanical ovens and/or hand fashioning and finishing loaves of bread for at least 60% of their time.
Operative Baker means a person engaged in the mixing, making, moulding, weighing (except check weigh- ing from a divider) or baking, by hand or machine, of dough for bread, or in the taking of dough pieces for bread to a prover or moulder, or in the handing on or stripping of any ovens in connection with the baking of bread;
