Operator Fees means the fees to be paid to the Operator for Services as set out in Clause 8.18.1(g) Operator Grants means the grants, if any, to be paid by the Authority to the Operator as set out in Clause 8.1(h). Operator Staff means qualified and experienced staff employed by the Operator to carry out the functions under Clause 20.1.

• CLOC previously served as the Managing General Partner and COC previously served as the Operator of the Project, in consideration for which CLOC and COC received a management fee (the "Management Fee") and operator fees (the "Operator Fees") in accordance with the Partnership Agreement and O&M Agreements.

• Any Cure Payment made by the Operator to Owner shall not be added to the balance of the Deferred Operator Fees for the purpose of this Agreement or otherwise paid as an Operating Expense or from Total Revenues.

• Of the monthly Operator Fees, $1,667 is allocated to services in managing the Residences and $2,083 is allocated to services in managing the Carriage House Inn.

• The Intermediation Fee due to FREENOW in respect of such completed Requests shall be deducted by FREENOW from the aggregate Operator Fees due to the Transport Operator in respect of Assigned Claims and payable in accordance with Section 6 below.

More Definitions of Operator Fees

Operator Fees means a portion of the fees, being 50% of the amount payable to the Operator towards the eligible Fixed Fees and Performance Fees for Operation Services, financed from the Loan proceeds payable to a Project Operator during the Contract Period under the Operator Contract (capitalized terms used here as defined in the Operator Contract).

Operator Fees means those amounts payable from time to time to, or for the account of, the Operator in respect of fees arising under the O&M Agreement, other than Operator Labor Costs.
