Operator Fees definition

Operator Fees means the fees to be paid to the Operator for Services as set out in Clause 8.18.1(g) Operator Grants means the grants, if any, to be paid by the Authority to the Operator as set out in Clause 8.1(h). Operator Staff means qualified and experienced staff employed by the Operator to carry out the functions under Clause 20.1.
Operator Fees means, collectively, the Management Fee and the Operating and Maintenance Fee.

More Definitions of Operator Fees

Operator Fees means those amounts payable from time to time to, or for the account of, the Operator in respect of fees arising under the O&M Agreement, other than Operator Labor Costs. For the avoidance of doubt, amounts paid to the Operator for the reimbursement of direct costs paid or payable to third parties for the performance of operation and maintenance services shall not be deemed Operator Fees.
Operator Fees means a portion of the fees financed from the Loan proceeds payable to a Project Operator during the Period under the Operator Contract.
