Operator Fees definition

Operator Fees means, collectively, the Management Fee and the Operating and Maintenance Fee.
Operator Fees means the fees to be paid to the Operator for Services as set out in Clause 8.18.1(g) Operator Grants means the grants, if any, to be paid by the Authority to the Operator as set out in Clause 8.1(h). Operator Staff means qualified and experienced staff employed by the Operator to carry out the functions under Clause 20.1.
Operator Fees fees payable to the Operator pursuant to Section 4 of the Operator's Agreement.

  • In the event of such termination, the Owner shall pay the present value of the Operator Fees for the remaining period of the Term, discounted at prime plus 6%, plus usual and customary demobilization costs and employee severance costs, if any.

More Definitions of Operator Fees

Operator Fees means a portion of the fees, being 50% of the amount payable to the Operator towards the eligible Fixed Fees and Performance Fees for Operation Services, financed from the Loan proceeds payable to a Project Operator during the Contract Period under the Operator Contract (capitalized terms used here as defined in the Operator Contract).
Operator Fees means a portion of the fees financed from the Loan proceeds payable to a Project Operator during the Period under the Operator Contract.
Operator Fees means those amounts payable from time to time to, or for the account of, the Operator in respect of fees arising under the O&M Agreement, other than Operator Labor Costs.   • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
