Opt-out preference signal definition

Opt-out preference signal means a signal that is sent by a platform, technology, or mechanism, on behalf of the consumer, that communicates the consumer choice to opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information and that complies with the requirements set forth in section 7025, subsection (b).

Related to Opt-out preference signal

  • Liquidation Preference means, with respect to any Series, the amount specified as the liquidation preference per share for that Series in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Class A Preferred Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Margin of purchase preference means the maximum extent to which the price quoted by a local supplier may be above the L1 for the purpose of purchase preference.
