Optimization Program definition

Optimization Program means a medicinal chemistry research program to discover one or more Development Candidates with respect to a given Target based upon one or more Lead Compounds.
Optimization Program means, with respect to an Exclusive Target, the activities conducted by the Parties pursuant to Section 5.6 and the Optimization Plan for such Exclusive Target during the relevant Optimization Term.
Optimization Program means the research and activities for each Optimization Target to be conducted under this Agreement as described in the Optimization Plan and as set forth in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 of this Agreement.
