Program definition

Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

Program means any program adopted by the Administrator pursuant to the Plan containing the terms and conditions intended to govern a specified type of Award granted under the Plan and pursuant to which such type of Award may be granted under the Plan.

Program or “Conference” shall mean all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.

• The Fund authorizes Price Services to perform, on behalf of the Fund, Services to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and other applicable Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) laws and regulations in accordance with the AML program adopted by the Fund, including the Fund’s Customer Identification Program, as applicable.

• Each Fund authorizes Price Services or its affiliate to enter into, on its behalf, agreements with such Intermediaries for payment of AFP in consideration of such Intermediary’s performance of services to the Indirect Accounts pursuant to the Fund’s AFP Program.

More Definitions of Program

Program means a collection of covered healthcare services, billed by one provider, which can be carried out in many settings and by different providers. This plan does not cover programs unless specifically listed as covered.

Program means the Program to be submitted by the Contractor in accordance with Sub Clause 12.1 and any approved revision thereto.
