Option Bond definition

Option Bond means any Bond which by its terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Holder thereof for purchase or redemption by the I-Bank prior to the stated maturity thereof, or the maturity of which may be extended by and at the option of the Holder thereof.
Option Bond means any Bond which by its terms may be or is required to be tendered by the Holder thereof for redemption by the Authority prior to the stated maturity thereof or for purchase thereof, or the maturity of which may be extended by and at the option of the Holder thereof in accordance with the Applicable Series Resolution authorizing such Bonds or the Applicable Bond Series Certificate related to such Bonds;
Option Bond means any Senior Bond or Subordinate Bond which by its tenns may be tendered by and at the option of the owner thereof for purchase or redemption by the Corporation prior to the stated maturity thereof, or the maturity of which may be extended by and at the option of the owner thereof
