An Option Bond which is required to be delivered for redemption or purchase pursuant to the provisions hereof or of the Supplemental Indenture authorizing such Bonds shall be deemed surrendered as provided in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance thereof even though such ▇▇▇▇ has not been actually presented and surrendered by the Holder thereof.
During the periods that the Option Bonds are in book-entry form, no Option Bond shall be physically delivered to the Tender Agent in connection with the tender.
