Company Stock Option Plans means the Company 1992 Stock Option Plan, the Company 1993 Stock Option Plan, the Company 1994 Stock Option Plan, the Company 1995 Stock Option Plan, the Company 1996 Incentive and Nonqualified Stock Option Plan, the Company 1997 Director Stock Option Plan and all stock option agreements evidencing option grants under each of the foregoing stock option plans.
