Option Purchase Date definition

Option Purchase Date has the meaning ascribed to it in the Indenture.

Option Purchase Date has the meaning set forth in Section 15(b)(i).

More Definitions of Option Purchase Date

Option Purchase Date means the date each year on which Options are purchased under this Plan by a Participant.
