The amount of Distributions payable for any period will be computed on the basis of (a) for periods prior to the later of March 15, 2012 and the Stock Purchase Date, a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and (b) for periods beginning on or after such date, a 360-day year and the number of days actually elapsed.
