Option Register definition

Option Register means the register of optionholders of the Company maintained by or on behalf of the Company in accordance with the Corporations Act. Option Scheme means this scheme of arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act between the Company and Scheme Optionholders, subject to any alterations or conditions made or required by the Court pursuant to section 411(6) of the Corporations Act. Option Scheme Consideration has the meaning given to it in the Merger Implementation Agreement.
Option Register means the register of optionholders of Enegex kept in accordance with the Corporations Act;
Option Register means the register of holders of C.A.T. Options and includes any branch register.
