Option Unit definition

Option Unit has the meaning given to it in the Invitation to Bid;
Option Unit means a Common Unit issued upon exercise of the Option.

  • The purchase price to be paid for each Option Unit will be the same price per Firm Unit set forth in Section 1.1.1 hereof.

More Definitions of Option Unit

Option Unit means the number of Shares that a Participant is entitled to purchase from time to time upon exercise of an Option, as specified in such Option and as such number of Shares may be adjusted from time to time.
Option Unit means four separate Options, each of which is in respect of an equal number of Shares but with a different Exercise Price;
