Option Unit definition

Option Unit has the meaning given to it in the Invitation to Bid;
Option Unit means a Common Unit issued upon exercise of the Option.

Examples of Option Unit in a sentence

  • The purchase price to be paid for each Option Unit will be the same price per Firm Unit set forth in Section 1.1.1 hereof.

  • The Option Units are to be offered initially to the public at the offering price of $10.00 per Option Unit.

More Definitions of Option Unit

Option Unit means the number of Shares that a Participant is entitled to purchase from time to time upon exercise of an Option, as specified in such Option and as such number of Shares may be adjusted from time to time.
Option Unit means a Unit which is designated as an Option Unit and which has the rights, preferences and other privileges designated in Exhibit G hereof. The Option Units are intended to give the holders thereof the benefits of appreciation in the value of the Class A Common Units from the time of issuance of the Option Units.
