Optional Cash Payments means payments which Participants wish to make, in addition to the investment of cash distributions, in order to participate in the Purchase Plan. See “Participation in Plans.”

Optional Cash Payments. A participant's optional cash payment must be made by check or money order, payable to Registrar & Transfer Company, and may not be less than $100 nor more than $3,000 per dividend period. Optional cash payments must be received by R&T no more than 30 business days and no less than two business days prior to a dividend payment date. It is anticipated that future dividend payments will ordinarily be made on February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. Payments that are not received within this period will be returned to you. A participant may withdraw his or her entire optional cash payment by written notice to R& T not less than 48 hours before such payment is to be invested.

Examples of Optional Cash Payments in a sentence

  • The Discount will not apply to purchases made pursuant to Optional Cash Payments.

  • Since no interest is paid on cash held by the Plan Administrator, it normally will be in your best interest to defer Optional Cash Payments until shortly before commencement of the Pricing Period.

Related to Optional Cash Payments

  • Net Cash Payments means, with respect to any Disposition, the aggregate amount of all cash payments received by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries directly or indirectly in connection with such Disposition, whether at the time of such Disposition or after such Disposition under deferred payment arrangements or Investments entered into or received in connection with such Disposition (including, without limitation, Disposition Investments); provided that:

  • Cash Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

  • Excess Cash Payment Date means the date occurring 95 days after the last day of each Fiscal Year of Holdings (commencing with the Fiscal Year of Holdings ended December 31, 2010).

  • Closing Cash Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(a).

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Issuer or any Guarantor described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”
