Reinvested Distributions definition

Reinvested Distributions means Units purchased under the Company's Plan (as defined and described in Article 8 of this Agreement).
Reinvested Distributions has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(6).
Reinvested Distributions. Distributions reinvested by Members pursuant to the Company's Distribution Reinvestment Plan as set forth in Article VI of this Agreement.

  • Within 30 days after the Reinvested Distributions have been credited to Members participating in the Plan, the Manager will mail to participating Members a statement of account describing the Reinvested Distributions received, the number of incremental Units purchased, the purchase price per Unit (if other than ten dollars ($10.00) per Unit), and the total number of Units held by the Member.

  • Within 30 days after the Reinvested Distributions have been credited to Members participating in the Plan, the Manager will send to participating Members a statement of account describing the Reinvested Distributions received, the number of incremental units purchased, the purchase price per unit (if other than $10,000 per unit), and the total number of units held by the Member.

  • Expected Distributions means, with respect to the Certificates of any Trust on any Current Distribution Date, the difference between (A) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or, if the Current Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date, the original aggregate face amount of the Certificates of such Trust) and (B) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the Current Distribution Date calculated on the basis that (i) the principal of the Non-Performing Equipment Notes held in such Trust has been paid in full and such payments have been distributed to the holders of such Certificates, (ii) the principal of the Performing Equipment Notes held in such Trust has been paid when due (without giving effect to any Acceleration of Performing Equipment Notes) and such payments have been distributed to the holders of such Certificates and (iii) the principal of any Equipment Notes formerly held in such Trust that have been sold pursuant to the terms hereof has been paid in full and such payments have been distributed to the holders of such Certificates, but without giving effect to any reduction in the Pool Balance as a result of any distribution attributable to Deposits occurring after the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or, if the Current Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date, occurring after the initial issuance of the Certificates of such Trust). Such amount shall be determined separately for each Loan Group. Additionally, with respect to any Mortgage Pool that is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, if on any Distribution Date Compensating Interest provided pursuant to this Section 3.16(e) is less than Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in connection with Principal Prepayments in Full and Curtailments made in the prior calendar month, such Compensating Interest shall be allocated on such Distribution Date to the Available Distribution Amount for each Loan Group on a pro rata basis in accordance with the respective amounts of such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group in respect of such Distribution Date.

  • Restricted Distribution means as to any Person (i) any dividend or other distribution on any equity interest in such Person (except those payable solely in its equity interests of the same class) or (ii) any payment on account of (a) the purchase, redemption, retirement, defeasance, surrender or acquisition of any equity interests in such Person or any claim respecting the purchase or sale of any equity interest in such Person or (b) any option, warrant or other right to acquire any equity interests in such Person.

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.

  • Tax Distributions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(b)(i).

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and
