Optional Purchase Limit definition

Optional Purchase Limit means, on any date, an amount equal to (x) 15% of the Aggregate Closing Date Collateral Balance, less (y) the aggregate Loan Balances (as of the related purchase dates or release dates, as applicable) of all Defaulted Timeshare Loans (i) previously purchased by the Club Originator pursuant to the Sale Agreement, the Transfer Agreement or the Bluegreen Purchase Agreement or (ii) previously released pursuant to Section 4.7(c) of the Indenture.

  • Purchase Limit means $100,000,000, as such amount may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
