Step 1 - Oral Discussion - The aggrieved employee, with or without I.U.P.A. representation, or the I.U.P.A. shall meet with the employee's supervisor within ten (10) calendar days of the occurrence of the alleged grievance, to attempt to resolve the difference at that level.
