Oral Discussion. The aggrieved employee, with or without Union representation, shall meet with the M&O Manager or Assistant Public Works Director, or his/her designee, within fifteen (15) working days of the alleged grievance, or knowledge of alleged grievance, to attempt to resolve the difference at that level. Examples of Oral Discussion in a sentence

  • Step 1 - Oral Discussion - The aggrieved employee, with or without I.U.P.A. representation, or the I.U.P.A. shall meet with the employee's supervisor within ten (10) calendar days of the occurrence of the alleged grievance, to attempt to resolve the difference at that level.
