Ordered Service definition

Ordered Service means the services which the CLIENT has instructed the SERVICE PROVIDER to carry out under this Contract as outlined in Schedule 2-2 hereto. Payment Profile means the profile of payments to be made by the CLIENT to the SERVICE PROVIDER under the terms of this Contract as set out in Schedule 2-4. Personal Data shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Xxx 0000. Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights shall mean any Intellectual Property rights vested in or licensed to the SERVICE PROVIDER or CLIENT prior to or independently of the performance by the SERVICE PROVIDER or CLIENT of their obligations under this Contract.
Ordered Service means a Catalogue entry selected by the CUSTOMER and included in Schedule 2-2 of this Contract pursuant to an Order.
Ordered Service means the period of service as identified by written orders which state the length of active military duty to be served in the Armed Forces of the U.S.A.

More Definitions of Ordered Service

Ordered Service means a service that is part of Ordered Products and Services. Our Equipment means any equipment, systems, software, networks, servers, hardware, cabling, ports, switches and/or other ancillary equipment or tools owned and/or operated by us. Payment Terms means payment terms set out in the applicable Proposal. Personnel means a party’s employees, agents, officers and subcontractors. We are not your Personnel and you are not our Personnel for the purposes of the Agreement.

Ordered Service means the specific Services and any Equipment ordered by the CUSTOMER and included in Schedule 2-2 of this Contract pursuant to an Order. Payment Profile means the profile of payments to be made by the CUSTOMER to the SERVICE PROVIDER under the terms of this Contract as set out in Schedule 2-4. Persistent Breach means the SERVICE PROVIDER is in material breach of this Contract continuously for twenty (20) Working Days or more. Personal Data shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998. Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights shall mean any Intellectual Property rights vested in or licensed to the SERVICE PROVIDER or CUSTOMER prior to or independently of the performance by the SERVICE PROVIDER or CUSTOMER of their obligations under this Contract.
Ordered Service has the meaning given in clause 3.1.
