Ordinary General Meeting definition

Ordinary General Meeting means a meeting of Members other than an A.G.M. or Special General Meeting convened in terms of this Constitution.

Ordinary General Meeting means the meetings referred to in clause 12.2 below;

Ordinary General Meeting means an ordinary general meeting of the Members held in accordance with Bye-Law 20;
