Meetings of the Council. 7.1 Meetings of the Council shall be held quarterly on the last Thursday in January, April, July and October each year, and at other times as necessary on the requisition of either Side of the Council. Excepting special circumstances at least seven day’s notice of all meetings shall be given.
Meetings of the Council. 3.1 The Council shall meet at least once a year in ordinary session and may meet in extraordinary session at the request of any one of the Parties.
3.2 Unless otherwise determined by the Council, ordinary meetings shall take place on a basis of rotation in the country of one of the Parties.
3.3 The Council shall determine the date and time of all meetings, including the territory of the Party in which such meeting shall take place.
3.4 The leader of the delegation of the Party hosting a particular meeting of the Council, shall in respect of that meeting be the chairperson, and shall be responsible for making a suitable venue available for the meeting.
3.5 The chairperson of a meeting of the Council shall be responsible for the preparation and timeous distribution of the agenda, including all supporting documentation, as well as the recording of the minutes of the meeting and the distribution thereof to the Parties within thirty days of that meeting.
3.6 Each delegation to the Council shall have one vote.
3.7 No decision of the Council shall be valid unless taken at a meeting attended by at least three of the delegations.
3.8 A decision taken at a meeting which was not attended by a delegation of one of the Parties, shall be communicated by the chairperson of that particular meeting to the leader of the delegation not represented at the meeting and shall be binding on such Party unless within thirty days of such leader being notified, the communicating chairperson is informed that such Party is not in agreement with such decision.
3.9 The Council shall make every effort to take decisions on the basis of consensus. If all efforts of reaching consensus on a particular matter at a meeting of the Council have been exhausted and no agreement was reached, then the matter shall be dealt with at the next meeting of the Council. In the event of failure to reach agreement at such meeting of the Council, the matter shall be made the subject of negotiations between the Parties.
3.10 The Council shall determine its own rules of procedure.
Meetings of the Council. A. All meetings of the Council shall be subject to the Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, and §445.007(1), Florida Statutes.
B. The Chair shall preside over meetings of the Council.
C. A quorum at any Council meeting shall consist of at least three (3) members of the Council.
D. Items coming before the Council shall require the affirmative vote of at least three (3) of the Four (4) members.
E. Matters coming before the Council may be approved by motion and shall not require a formal Resolution.
F. The Council may schedule and meet jointly with LWDB 9. Each entity shall separately vote on matters solely within their purview. Meetings of the Council and meetings of LWDB 9, whether held individually or jointly, shall not conflict with public meetings schedule by the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners or the Bradford County Board of County Commissioners.
Meetings of the Council. Council representatives and the Council Chair shall determine the schedule of meetings consistent with the volume of appeals and related timelines. All three (3) council members shall be present at every meeting.
Meetings of the Council of Commission shall be conducted in accordance with Regulation. Any member of the Council of Commission may initiate holding of meeting of the Council of Commission, as well as submit proposals to the agenda of meeting of the Council of Commission. Meeting of the council of Commission shall be valid if it is attended by all members of the Commission.
Meetings of the Council. A. All meetings of the Council shall be subject to the Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, and §445.007(1), Florida Statutes.
B. The Chair shall preside over meetings of the Council.
C. A quorum for the purposes of voting at any Council meeting shall consist of all six
Meetings of the Council. At the first Council meeting of each calendar year, the Chair shall propose for the approval of the Council a schedule of meetings for that calendar year. To the extent possible, these meetings should be held in conjunction with sessions of the Assembly.
Meetings of the Council. The President, or upon his direction, the Vice President, may convene meet- ings of the Council. The President shall preside over meetings of the Council, provided that in his absence, the Vice President will preside. The Council will meet at least quarterly.
Meetings of the Council. The Provider shall throughout the Term and for a period of six (6) years after expiry of the Agreement give all reasonable assistance to the Council including attending formal meetings of the Council, including but not limited to the Council’s Scrutiny Commission, in order to answer questions relating to the Agreement. If the Council requires such assistance after the expiry of the Agreement the Council shall pay the reasonable expenses of the Provider arising as a result of providing such assistance.
Meetings of the Council a) Employer and Union representatives appointed to the Council who are employees of the Employer shall be granted leave with pay as required in order to prepare for and attend meetings of the Council.
b) Employees, witnesses, Employer representatives and Union representatives appearing before the Council who are employees of the Employer shall be granted leave with pay as required in order to prepare for and attend meetings of the Council.
