Organic Change means any recapitalization, reorganization, reclassification, consolidation, merger, share acquisition or exchange, or sale of all or substantially all of the Company's assets to another Person, or other transaction that is effected in such a way that holders of Common Stock are entitled to receive (either directly or upon subsequent liquidation) stock, securities, cash, or assets with respect to, or in exchange for, Common Stock.
Organic Waste means food waste, green waste, landscape and pruning waste, nonhazardous wood waste, and food-soiled paper waste that is mixed in with food waste.

Organic means coming from or related to organic production;
Toxic chemical means a chemical or chemical category listed in 40 CFR 372.65.
Organic solvent means any VOC which is used alone or in combination with other agents, and without undergoing a chemical change, to dissolve raw materials, products or waste materials, or is used as a cleaning agent to dissolve contaminants, or as a dissolver, or as a dispersion medium, or as a viscosity adjuster, or as a surface tension adjuster, or a plasticiser, or as a preservative.
Total organic carbon or “TOC” means total organic carbon in mg/L measured using heat, oxygen, ultraviolet irradi- ation, chemical oxidants or combinations of these oxidants that convert organic carbon to carbon dioxide, rounded to 2 significant figures.
Chemicals means substances applied to forest lands or timber including pesticides, fertilizers, and other forest chemicals.
Organic compound means any compound containing at least the element carbon and one or more of hydrogen, halogens, oxygen, sulphur, phosphorus, silicon or nitrogen, with the exception of carbon oxides and inorganic carbonates and bicarbonates;
Organic rules means the public organic record and private organic rules of an entity.
Chemical agent shall mean any compound which, when suitably disseminated, produces incapacitating, damaging or lethal effects on people, animals, plants or material property.
Organic Materials means Yard Trimmings and Food Waste, individually or collectively. No Discarded Material shall be considered to be Organic Materials, however, unless it is separated from Recyclable Material and Solid Waste. Organic Materials are a subset of Organic Waste.
Volatile organic compound (VOC) means any organic compound as well as the fraction of creosote, having at 293.15 K a vapour pressure of 0.01 kPa or more, or having a corresponding volatility under the particular conditions of use;
Volatile organic compounds or “VOC” means any compound of carbon, excluding carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, metallic carbides or carbonates, and ammonium carbonate, which participates in atmospheric photochemical reactions.
Subco has the meaning set out in the Preamble;
organism means any biological entity capable of replication or of transferring genetic material;
Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze means a product designed to seal out moisture, increase gloss, or otherwise enhance a motor vehicle’s painted surfaces. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” includes, but is not limited to, products designed for use in autobody repair shops and “drive-through” car washes, as well as products designed for the general public. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” does not include “Automotive Rubbing or Polishing Compounds”, automotive wash and wax products, surfactant-containing car wash products, and products designed for use on unpainted surfaces such as bare metal, chrome, glass, or plastic.
Amalgamation means the amalgamation of the Amalgamating Corporations as contemplated in this Agreement;
UNE Combination means a combination of two (2) or more Unbundled Network Elements that were or were not previously combined or connected in CenturyLink's network, as required by the FCC, the Commission or this Agreement.
Business Combination means any merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses, involving the Company.
Volatile Organic Compound (VOC means any compound containing at least one atom of carbon, excluding carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, metallic carbides or carbonates, and ammonium carbonate, and excluding the following:
Polymer means a substance consisting of molecules characterised by the sequence of one or more types of monomer units and comprising a simple weight majority of molecules containing at least three monomer units which are covalently bound to at least one other monomer unit or other reactant and consists of less than a simple weight majority of molecules of the same molecular weight. Such molecules must be distributed over a range of molecular weights wherein differences in the molecular weight are primarily attributable to differences in the number of monomer units. In the context of this definition a ‘monomer unit’ means the reacted form of a monomer in a polymer;
Public organic record means a record that is available to the public for inspection and is:
Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances or “PFAS” means a class of fluorinated organic chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom.

Aluminum equivalent means the thickness of type 1100 aluminum alloy affording the same attenuation, under specified conditions, as the material in question.
