Organic fertilizer definition

Organic fertilizer means a fertilizer derived from organic materials subject to the completion cycle of biological degradation processes under conditions and physical manipulations of moistening, chopping, fermenting, grinding, sieving, extracting or other methods but not a chemical fertilizer or biological fertilizer.
Organic fertilizer means raw organic matter that has been processed and aged for use in increasing soil condition and fertility, and includes soil amendments as that term is defined in 80-10-101.
Organic fertilizer means any substance composed of animal or vegetable matter used alone or in combination with one or more nonsynthetically derived elements or compounds which are used for soil fertility and plant growth.
