ORGANIC UNIT definition

ORGANIC UNIT means the Organic Unit of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
ORGANIC UNIT means an area of land which comprises the whole or part of a holding, and which has been established as an organic unit in accordance with Annex III to Council Regulation 2092/91 (which concerns the delineation of the organic unit by any inspection authority in a report countersigned by the producer);

  • sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.

  • Common Share means one share of the common stock of the Company.

  • Newco Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Newco.

  • Ordinary Share means a Class A Ordinary Share or a Class B Ordinary Share;

  • New Common Stock means shares of Common Stock and/or securities convertible into, and/or other rights exercisable for, Common Stock, which are offered or sold in a New Transaction.

  • Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.

  • equity share means any share of any class of shares of a company carrying voting rights under all circumstances and any share of any class of shares carrying voting rights by reason of the occurrence of any contingency that has occurred and is continuing; (“action participante”)

  • Share means a share of the Common Stock, as adjusted in accordance with Section 13 of the Plan.

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
