Organisation Data definition

Organisation Data means any information or data that the Organisation shares with Participants on or through the Services, including through Profiles and responses to questions (as applicable);
Organisation Data means the data inputted by the Users, the Responsible Person, or BarnOwl, on the Organisation’s behalf for the purpose of making use of the Services or facilitating the Organisation’s use of the Services and includes (without limitation) Personal Information.

  • The Organisation is the owner and/or data controller of certain data (Organisation Data) and agrees that WisePay may process that data on the terms of this Agreement.

  • Organisation Data will be deleted after 30 days from the effective deletion on an Organisation.

  • The Organisation Data Custodian is responsible for data storage and disposal, and their organisation’s compliance with relevant legislation and policies, administration, quality assurance and data access (this may be the Health Information Services Manager, Ethics and Governance Manager, Data Governance Officer or Legal officer that acts as the Organisation’s Data Custodian.

  • Organisation means a legal body which exists separately and distinctly from its members and includes companies, building societies, community benefit societies, local authorities and so on and also for the purposes of these Rules includes unincorporated organisations such as social clubs, branches of political parties or trade unions and other voluntary bodies.

  • technical and organisational security measures means those measures aimed at protecting personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.

  • voluntary organisation means a body, other than a public or local authority, the activities of which are carried on otherwise than for profit;

  • Foreign terrorist organization means an organization designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the United States secretary of state as authorized by 8 U.S.C. Section 1189.

  • Motorcycling Organisation means and includes MA, and the MA members (including the SCBs and affiliated clubs) and where the context so permits, their respective directors, officers, members, servants or agents.

  • Reorganisation means (without limitation) any transaction, deemed transaction, step, procedure or agreement, including (but without limitation) the transfer, distribution, contribution or settlement of assets and/or liabilities.

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;

  • relevant planning authority means the district planning authority for the area in which the land to which the relevant provision of this Order applies is situated;

  • Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) means an employee who has trade qualifications and has overall responsibility for maintenance at the place of employment and may be required to supervise other maintenance staff.

  • Preferred Provider Organization or "PPO" means an entity through which a group of health care providers, such as doctors, hospitals and others, agree to provide specific medical and hospital care and some related services at a negotiated price.

  • Union harmonisation legislation means any Union legislation harmonising the conditions for the marketing of products;

  • Contractor Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Contractor to the Authority (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Contractor Sensitive Information in Schedule 7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).

  • Regulatory Information Service means a service approved by the London Stock Exchange for the distribution to the public of announcements; and

  • Municipal Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-2.

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.

  • Safety-sensitive function means a job function or duty where a Covered Employee either:

  • recognised person means a recognised clearing house or a nominee of a recognised clearing house or of a recognised investment exchange;

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • Business association means a nonpublic corporation, joint stock company, investment company, business trust, partnership, or association for business purposes of 2 or more individuals, whether or not for profit, including a banking organization, financial organization, insurance company, or utility.
