Organization Account definition

Organization Account means a bank account of the Organization to be opened and operated in accordance with section 17 of this Charter;
Organization Account means an account at Partner Portal created by JetBrains for a particular Partner´s Organization. "Organization" or "Partner" means the organization which is party to the Partner Agreement concluded with JetBrains.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.
