Original Data definition

Original Data means the data or information pertaining to the Original Material provided by the Depositor to the EBE upon deposition of the Original Material, and which is not Managed Data;
Original Data in this case means the Statistical Yearbooks of Finland, where some industrial sectors have got more attention than others in the presentation during the time.
Original Data means any information, including but not limited to trio data, and any samples, including but not limited to blood samples and DNA extracts, which have been collected and are in the possession of RF prior to the Effective Date and which are related to the Research.

Original Data has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 3.
Original Data. Each party shall retain ownership of the customer records existing in their respective databases prior to the merger of the parties' data (including records which are found in both parties' databases).   • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Operational Data means personal data provided or made available by one party to the other which is operationally required for the performance of the Contract (business contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers) relating to the Party’s employees or representatives;

There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Educational data means data maintained by the school district which relates to a student.

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • Highly Confidential Information means Proprietary Information that is marked “Highly Confidential Information” when disclosed in written form or is otherwise designated as such hereunder.
