Without limitation, the processing of Personal Data by each Loan Party on or after the Second Amendment and Restatement Effective Date, will not cause or constitute a breach or violation of any Data Protection Requirements, except as would not reasonably be expected to cause a material impairment of the ability of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, to conduct their business.
