Original Engineer means the 3ngineer who has accepted and been assigned to an Original Assignment. Platform Fee means the fee we charge you for Administrative Services relating to Direct Assignments.   • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;
