Original Lot definition

Original Lot means and refer to any plot of land shown upon any original recorded subdivision map of The Properties with the exception of Common Properties as heretofore defined.

More Definitions of Original Lot

Original Lot means and refer to any lot or plat of land shown upon any recorded subdivision map of the properties after the same has been sold by the Developer or its representatives or assigns, by land contract or by deed but shall not include Common Properties as heretofore defined nor any lot that the Developer has re - acquired following the sale of same as a result of default by the purchaser and which the Developer or its assigns holds for the purpose of resale.
