If at anytime within the ten (10) years after the Main Extension is placed in service, the owner or occupant of any Original Lot initiates service from the Main Extension, the Utility will refund to the Developer an amount which is equal to three (3) times the estimated annual revenue from the service to each Original Lot, less the amount of the Utility's investment, if any, to connect the service.
