Original Portfolio definition

Original Portfolio means all Original Loan Assets and all Portfolio Assets related thereto.
Original Portfolio means a portfolio of Sharia compliant real estate assets located in Doha, Qatar and in each case identified in the purchase agreement to be entered into between Almana and the Investment Manager which shall be appended as a schedule to the Investment Management Agreement.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Securitization Assets means the accounts receivable, royalty and other similar rights to payment and any other assets related thereto subject to a Qualified Securitization Facility that are customarily sold or pledged in connection with securitization transactions and the proceeds thereof.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • Origination Date means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the date of the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan, unless such information is not provided by the Borrower with respect to such Mortgage Loan, in which case the Origination Date shall be deemed to be the date that is 40 days prior to the date of the first payment under the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan.
