OrthoPediatrics Stock definition

OrthoPediatrics Stock has the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 1.2(a).
OrthoPediatrics Stock means the common stock, par value $0.00025 per share, of OrthoPediatrics Corp., the Purchaser under this Agreement.
OrthoPediatrics Stock has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.3(vi).
