OTC Link ATS definition

OTC Link ATS means the SEC registered alternative trading system(s) operated by OTC Link LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of OTC Market Group.
OTC Link ATS means an SEC registered Alternative Trading System (“ATS”), operated by OTC Link LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of OTC Markets Group, that facilitates quotes and trade messages in securities for market makers and other broker-dealers registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
