  • Any notice of breach under either the Material Breach or Other Breaches provisions may include an effective Contract Termination date if the breach is not cured by the stated date and, unless otherwise modified by the non-breaching party in writing prior to the Termination date, no further action shall be required of any party to effect the Termination as of the stated date.
