Other Cards definition

Other Cards means a credit card account, charge card account, debit card account or similar instrument (whether or not a physical card is provided to a Person) that is issued to a Person under an agreement with any Person, debit card network or any other Card Associations (or licensee thereof) that is not a Bank Card Association; examples include American Express, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Diners Club, Discover, Honor, JCB, MAC, Star, and Private Label Card companies.
Other Cards means any credit card other than a Major Card.
Other Cards shall include Discover Network, JCB, American Express Travel Related Services, Inc., Diners Club, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any other Card or similar instrument which may be issued by a debit card network or any other Card Association (or licensee thereof) other than a Bank Card Association.

Examples of Other Cards in a sentence

  • Merchant desires to accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and/or Other Cards, as indicated on the Merchant Application, validly issued by members under license of Discover® Network (“Discover Network”), MasterCard® International, Inc.

More Definitions of Other Cards

Other Cards means all cards issued by a non-U.S. bank and all Visa or MasterCard or Discover Network or American Express cards other than Debit Cards, including but not limited to business and consumer credit cards and business debit cards. The category of card acceptance you have indicated on the Merchant Application will collectively be referred to as “Cards”. You may elect to accept any Debit Card or Other Card without also accepting other Debit Cards and/or Other Cards. Bank and Credomatic desire to provide Card processing services to Merchant. Therefore, Merchant, Credomatic and Bank agree as follows:

"Subsidiary" means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture or other legal entity of which Parent, Bank One or the Company, as the case may be (either alone or through or together with any other such Subsidiary), owns, directly or indirectly, 50% or more of the stock or other equity interests the holders of which are generally entitled to vote for the election of the board of directors or other governing body of such corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture or other legal entity. "Transaction Card" means a Card issued pursuant to a license from a Card Association for which the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries currently provides service support.
