Other Deeds of Trust definition

Other Deeds of Trust means, in connection with any reference to a Deed of Trust encumbering a Property, all of the other Deeds of Trust encumbering all of the other Properties.
Other Deeds of Trust is defined in Section 7.09.
Other Deeds of Trust shall refer to the Sun Villa Deed of Trust and the Countryside Atlanta Deed of Trust.
