Owner shall have the unrestricted right, at any time and from time to time, with Notice to City Parties, during the Term, to grant one or more Mortgages as security for Permitted Project Financing made by a Permitted Project Financing Holder.
At the option of the Owner to be expressed in writing from time to time, this Lease and the rights of Tenant hereunder are and shall be subject and subordinate to any and all mortgages, trust deeds and charges (any of which is herein called “Mortgage”) on the Property or any part thereof now or in the future, including all renewals, extensions, modifications and replacements of any Mortgages from time to time.
