Other entity means any association or legal entity, other than a domestic or foreign corporation, organized to conduct business, including, but not limited to, a partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, joint stock company, business trust, statutory trust and real estate investment trust.
Related Body Corporate has the meaning given in the Corporations Act.
Entries or “Entry” means an electronic item representing the transfer of funds in the ACH.
Commercial enterprise means a person (other than an individual) who carries on commercial activities in any jurisdiction relating to the production, trade, transport or use of forest risk commodities.”
Body Corporate means a “body corporate” as defined in the ABCA.
Not-for-Profit means that an organization receives compensation only for the reasonable costs of its operation, including reasonable compensation for products and services provided to Members to enable them to use Medical Cannabis pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 11362.7 et seq.; reasonable compensation for employees; reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in providing those products or services, or both. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses may include, but are not necessarily limited to, reasonable expenses for Member services and education, rent or mortgage, utilities, construction, furniture, maintenance, analytic testing, security, professional service costs, regulatory compliance costs, debt service, and reserves.
Business enterprise means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, sole proprietorship, joint venture or other business association or entity (other than the Company) engaged in the business of publishing national and regional publications and development of technology that serves the needs of online and print publishers and their advertisers in the Market Area;
Enterprise means the Company and any other corporation, constituent corporation (including any constituent of a constituent) absorbed in a consolidation or merger to which the Company (or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries) is a party, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent.
Former Business means any corporation, partnership, entity, division, business unit, business or set of business operations that has been sold, conveyed, assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of or divested (other than solely in connection with the Restructuring), in whole or in part, or the operations, activities or production of which has been discontinued, abandoned, liquidated, completed or otherwise terminated, in whole or in part, in each case, by either Group prior to the Distribution Time.
Associations means VISA U.S.A., Inc. (“Visa”), MasterCard International Incorporated (“MasterCard”), Discover Financial Services LLC (“Discover”) and American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“American Express”).
Competing Enterprise means any person or any business organization of whatever form, engaged directly or indirectly within the Area in the Business of the Company.
Other Business means business of the Licensee other than the Licensed Business;
Consolidation means the consolidation of the accounts of each of the Restricted Subsidiaries with those of the Company in accordance with GAAP; provided that “Consolidation” will not include consolidation of the accounts of any Unrestricted Subsidiary, but the interest of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in any Unrestricted Subsidiary will be accounted for as an investment. The term “Consolidated” has a correlative meaning.
Association means the Public Service Association and Professional Officers’ Association Amalgamated Union of New South Wales.
Director or officer means any of the following:
Joint Venture means any joint venture entity, whether a company, unincorporated firm, undertaking, association, joint venture or partnership or any other entity.
