Other MOAs definition

Other MOAs means the Memoranda of Agreement, each dated the date hereof, between each Other Seller and SFL Holdings by which SFL Holdings shall acquire the Other Vessels from the Other Sellers, and all addenda thereto.
Other MOAs means the memorandum of agreements entered into or to be entered into (as the context so requires) between the Other Charterers (as sellers) and the Other Owners (as buyers) relating to the sale of the Other Vessels;

  • Contract or other written agreement means a binding agreement between an educational agency and a third-party, which includes, but is not limited to, an agreement created in electronic form and signed with an electronic or digital signature or a click-wrap agreement that is used with software licenses, downloaded, and/or online applications and transactions for educational technologies and other technologies in which a user must agree to terms and conditions prior to using the product or service.

  • Other Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

  • Other Interests means the legal or equitable estates or interests and other rights in relation to the Determination Area described in Schedule Four and referred to in paragraph 12;

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.
