Other Interests definition

Other Interests means the legal or equitable estates or interests and other rights in relation to the Determination Area described in Schedule Six and referred to in paragraph 10;
Other Interests means all options, warrants, call rights, puts, awards, or other agreements to acquire Existing Common Stock.
Other Interests has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

Examples of Other Interests in a sentence

  • The Other Interests are owned directly or indirectly by the Company free and clear of all Liens.

More Definitions of Other Interests

Other Interests means interests other than DPI’s which a member is required (by law) to disclose.
