Other occupant definition

Other occupant means any person who lives and sleeps in the CBRF, but who is not a resident of the CBRF.
Other occupant means the person or persons, other than an Equitable Owner, Legal Owner, or Lessee, who has actual possession and/or use of the subject Real Property and/or its appurtenant structures.
