Other Regulatory Authority definition

Other Regulatory Authority means: (i) in the case of a bank or savings authority identified in Section 12(i) of the Act, the agency vested with authority to enforce the provisions of Section 12 of the Act; or (ii) in the case of an insurance company that is subject to an exemption issued by the Commission that permits the listing of the security, notwithstanding its failure to be registered pursuant to section 12(b), the Commissioner of Insurance (or other officer or agency performing a similar function) of its domiciliary state.
Other Regulatory Authority means another agency that may have jurisdiction over some aspect of the construction or operation of public swimming pools, spas, or other water features or related facilities. The term includes, but is not limited to, the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI), the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and those agencies enforcing state and local building codes.
