Other relatives is interpreted to mean grandmother, grandfather, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in- law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and grand-parents-in-law. This includes those who are related to you through marriage (step or in-law), or through your domestic partner.   • Caretaker relative means a relative of a dependent child by blood, adoption, or marriage with whom the child is living, who assumes primary responsibility for the child's care (as may, but is not required to, be indicated by claiming the child as a tax dependent for federal income tax purposes), and who is one of the following:
