Company Related Party definition

Company Related Party means the Company and its Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current and future officers, employees, directors, partners, shareholders, management members or Affiliates (excluding any Parent Related Party).
Company Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.
Company Related Party has the meaning specified in Section 4.22.

Company Related Party means the Company, any holder of Company Common Stock and each of their respective Affiliates and their and their respective Affiliates’ Representatives.
