Other Tenements definition

Other Tenements means all surface rights of and to any lands within or outside the Property including surface held in fee or under lease, licence, easement, right of way or other rights of any kind (and all renewals, extensions and amendments thereof or substitutions therefor) acquired by or on behalf of the parties with respect to the Property;
Other Tenements means those other mining tenements within the area covering PATOK under the MPSA No. 141-99-CAR and EXPA#085, situated in the Province of Abra, more particularly described in Schedule A and B;
Other Tenements means all surface rights of and to any lands within or outside the Property including surface rights held in fee or under lease, licence, easement, right of way or other rights of any kind (and all renewals, extensions and amendments thereof or substitutions therefor) acquired by or on behalf of the parties with respect to the Property. Participant means any party having an Interest and its successors and permitted assigns and Participants means collectively all parties having an Interest and their respective successors and permitted assigns. More Definitions of Other Tenements

Other Tenements means all surface water, access and other non-mineral rights of and to any lands within or outside the Property including surface rights held in fee or under lease, licence, easement, right of way or other rights of any kind (and all renewals, extensions and amendments thereof or substitutions therefor) acquired by or on behalf of the Participants with respect to the Parties;

Xxxxxx and -- ----- Corumel; dd) "Royalty" means a royalty on the Net Profits calculated in accordance with Schedule "B"hereto; ee) "Simple Majority" means a decision made by the parties hereof or the Management Committee by greater than 50% of the votes entitled to be cast.

  • Easements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.12.

  • Appurtenances means all rights, titles, and interests of Seller appurtenant to the Land and Improvements, including, but not limited to, (i) all easements, rights of way, rights of ingress and egress, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, and appurtenances in any way belonging to the Land or Improvements, (ii) any land lying in the bed of any alley, highway, street, road or avenue, open or proposed, in front of or abutting or adjoining the Land, (iii) any strips or gores of real estate adjacent to the Land, and (iv) the use of all alleys, easements and rights-of-way, if any, abutting, adjacent, contiguous to or adjoining the Land.

  • Operating Agreements means the management agreements, service contracts, supply contracts, leases (other than the Leases) and other agreements, if any, in effect with respect to the construction, ownership, operation, occupancy or maintenance of the Property. All of the Operating Agreements in force and effect as of the date hereof are listed on Exhibit E attached hereto.

  • Watercourse means a channel in which a flow of water occurs, either continuously or intermittently.

  • Hydrofluorocarbons means compounds that only contain hydrogen, fluorine, and carbon.

  • Company IP Agreements means all licenses, sublicenses, consent to use agreements, settlements, coexistence agreements, covenants not to xxx, permissions and other Contracts (including any right to receive or obligation to pay royalties or any other consideration), whether written or oral, relating to Intellectual Property to which the Company is a party, beneficiary or otherwise bound.

  • Subleases means the Sublease(s) of even date herewith by and between the District and Contractor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto under which the District subleases the Site from the Contractor.
