Other Tenements definition

Other Tenements means all surface rights of and to any lands within or outside the Property including surface held in fee or under lease, licence, easement, right of way or other rights of any kind (and all renewals, extensions and amendments thereof or substitutions therefor) acquired by or on behalf of the parties with respect to the Property;
