Appurtenances definition

Appurtenances means all rights, titles, and interests of Seller appurtenant to the Land and Improvements, including, but not limited to, (i) all easements, rights of way, rights of ingress and egress, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, and appurtenances in any way belonging to the Land or Improvements, (ii) any land lying in the bed of any alley, highway, street, road or avenue, open or proposed, in front of or abutting or adjoining the Land, (iii) any strips or gores of real estate adjacent to the Land, and (iv) the use of all alleys, easements and rights-of-way, if any, abutting, adjacent, contiguous to or adjoining the Land.

Appurtenances means all tenements, hereditaments, easements, rights-of-way, rights, privileges in and to the Land, including (a) easements over other lands granted by any Easement Agreement and (b) any streets, ways, alleys, vaults, gores or strips of land adjoining the Land.

Appurtenances means machinery, appliances, or auxiliary structures attached to a main structure to enable it to function, but not considered an integral part of it;

• The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust and appropriate all payments made by him under any head of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee for the Said Apartment And Appurtenances, if any, in his name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any other manner.

• The Allottee hereby undertakes that he shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any Competent Authority in respect of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances at his own cost.

• The Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other similar taxes on the Total Consideration for the Said Apartment And Appurtenances and Common Meter Cost shall be as per the applicable rates from time to time.

Appurtenances means operational infrastructure of the appropriate type and scale for the economic commercial generation, storage, distribution, and other similar handling of energy, including equipment, feedstock, fuels, and other products of agricultural-energy facilities;
