Unit Holder means the owner of one or more Units.
Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.
Holder or Unit Holder means the investor for the time being entered in the Register as owner of a Unit including investors jointly so registered pursuant to the provisions of the Trust Deed.
Common Unitholder means a Member who is the registered holder of Common Units.
General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.
Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.
Other Stockholder means the persons that own Common Stock, other than the Participant.
Former Member means a member that has withdrawn from a qualified authority under this section or a prior member of a qualified authority that has been dissolved under this section.
Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.
General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.
Other Stockholders means persons other than Holders who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their securities in certain registrations hereunder.
Unitholder means a person holding units in the scheme of the Mutual Fund.
Partnership Security means any class or series of equity interest in the Partnership (but excluding any options, rights, warrants and appreciation rights relating to an equity interest in the Partnership).
Membership Unit means a Membership Common Unit, a Company Preferred Unit, a Company Junior Unit or any other fractional share of the Membership Interests that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof.
LTIP Unitholder means a Partner that holds LTIP Units.
GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.
Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.
Time-share unit means a condominium unit in which a time-share estate or a time-share license exists.
Deferred member means a person who elected to receive deferred vested retirement
Unit owner means the declarant or other person who owns a unit, or a lessee of a unit in a leasehold common interest community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease, the expiration or termination of which will remove the unit from the common interest community but does not include a person having an interest in a unit solely as security for an obligation. In a condominium or planned community, the declarant is the owner of any unit created by the declaration until that unit is conveyed to another person, in a cooperative, the declarant is treated as the owner of any unit to which allocated interests have been allocated pursuant to section 38-33.3-207 until that unit has been conveyed to another person, who may or may not be a declarant under this article.
Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.
Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.
taxable person means any person who, independently, carries out in any place any economic activity, whatever the purpose or results of that activity.
Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.
