Other Warehouse Facilities means (i) the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of April 14, 2021, by and among Regional Management Receivables II, LLC, as borrower, Regional Management, as servicer, the lenders from time to time parties thereto, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, as account bank, collateral custodian and backup servicer, Credit Suisse AG, New York Branch, as administrative agent, and Credit Suisse AG, New York Branch, as structuring and syndication agent, (ii) the Credit Agreement, dated as of April 19, 2021, by and among Regional Management Receivables IV, LLC, as borrower, Regional Management, as servicer, the lenders and agents from time to time party thereto, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, as account bank and backup servicer, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, as administrative agent, (iv) the Credit Agreement, dated as of April 28, 2021, by and among Regional Management Receivables V, LLC as borrower, Regional Management, as servicer, the lenders and agents from time to time party thereto, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, as account bank and backup servicer and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, and (v) any other warehouse facility that a Special Purpose Affiliate may enter into from time to time, in each case as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Other Warehouse Facilities in a sentence

  • No procedures believed by the Borrower to be adverse to the interests of the Lenders were utilized by the Borrower in identifying and/or selecting Receivables to be funded by the related Loans, and no receivables that have been funded with loans under and pursuant to the terms of any Other Warehouse Facilities shall be acquired by the Borrower and funded by Loans hereunder.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.
